Hi, I'm Dana Shaver the proud owner and lead stylist at Studio 44 Hair Salon, located in the heart of downtown Dayton, TN. With 12 years of experience in the hair industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients feel confident, beautiful, and truly seen. Hair is more than just a style — it's a form of expression, and I believe every client deserves a look that reflects their unique personality.
I specialize in color transformations, FADES (oh how I love fades) precision cuts, tape in extensions, blonding and I stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques to bring fresh, modern styles to my clients. My goal is to create a relaxing, welcoming environment where you can feel pampered and leave feeling your absolute best.

My name is McKinley Austin, and I've been a professional hairstylist for over 5 years. I am 25 years old and from the beautiful Dayton, TN. I have a handsome 1-year-old baby boy. I recently got married in August, 2024. I graduated from Chattanooga College school in 2019 and I have worked in various jobs in the industry, starting as a hair washer and working my way up to full-time hairstylist. I recently started at Studio 44, specializing in blowouts, wedding & prom updos. I have recently started extensions such as tape-ins and sew in. I am passionate about beautiful brunettes and highlights. My goal is to work more with men’s cuts and braiding. I can’t wait to make you feel your best self.

Hello, My name is Kayla Hale! I am a lifelong resident of Dayton, TN. I am the youngest of 4 siblings. I graduated Rhea County High School, class of 2013. I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2023. Although I haven’t been in the industry long, it has always been a lifelong passion of mine. I love everything about the industry; making people feel good about themselves is the most rewarding part! I consider myself a hairstylist whose passion is to color the world happy, one head at a time, everything from natural colors and a few highlights to colors that are more vibrant. I pride myself on creating the most comfortable and enjoyable salon experience! I enjoy meeting new clients and developing new relationships but friendships as well. As I embark on this new journey, the door is always open to welcome each and every one of you! Let the adventures begin!

A 2023 graduate of Sequoyah High School and a 2024 graduate of Chattanooga State Community College, I have been a licensed cosmetologist since October 2024. My expertise lies in creating vibrant colors and styles, and I take great pleasure in enhancing my clients' beauty while engaging in conversation.
